LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility passes to the courier service.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

* parcels marked as delivered by the courier;
* stolen packages after delivery;
* delays caused by courier services; or
* circumstances outside our reasonable control.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* photographs of the packaging; and
* photographs of the damaged item(s).
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution where appropriate.
